I really like blue, and that's why there's lots of it on this site, and not much else. There's also no content, but shhhh and no-one will notice. I'm in the middle of my University finals, with two more to go before I can finally leave Reading and get to live with my utterly wonderful girlfriend in Sheffield. It's been a swine of a year, although I've learnt loads and loads (mostly in my free time in case you thought I learnt anything at Uni ;), which should come in handy whilst I'm trying to get a job. My cool co-host and housemate Josh is off back to Holland tomorrow, and I'll be losing net access until I get to my girlfriend's (a 2GHz PC! woo!), so I just thought I'd write something before it went. :) Wishing me lots of luck for all my exams........me.

The nerd gym is the place to go when you want to find out how to get fit, but don't want to leave your precious computer behind. Cool beans. :)

Scientists are developing innovative soaps and deodorants to make us even cleaner. - is this just plain mad or what? I thought we were already too clean and suffering because our bodies didn't build up strong enough immune systems? One day War of the Worlds will happen but it'll be _us_ dying because we can't resist the disease! I mean, in all honesty, what's the point??!?

"Many people duped their parents to buy them a home computer on the pretext that they could use it to learn programming, recalls Mr Henshaw. In fact, all they did was learn to play games." This, friends, was me. I still have my C64, and I love it. I haven't played on it for a few years now, being at uni has prevented me lugging around a telly, the c64, the power pack, the disks, the cassettes, the tape player, the drive as well as, perhaps my textbooks. Hours and hours spent playing Bubble Bobble with my brother, racking up a high score, only to have the game crash was just another challenge - forcing us to play again until we did see our names on that high-score table. I absolutely cannot wait until I have room for my own telly. And when I do, underneath it, you can bet that next to the video player will be my trusty C64.
